Real-estate ownership coverage — 36% of the 1,554 plots have an owner on record — 991 still untitled, and owners change over time.

Real-estate sale comps — The #realestate realized-sales feed is dead, so the CMA's freshest comps come only from threads you paste in.

Punishments feed empty — No LiteBans data has ever been collected — the credit/reputation signal is missing.

The standing plan — you don't need to say what it's for

forum_cookie+forum_uaand confirm it passes from your IP. - Because
cf_clearanceis IP-bound (it only works from the machine that solved the challenge, not the VPS), I run the CF-walled scrapers — courts + forums (bills) — locally on your machine, then merge the refreshed tables up to the VPS. (Company filings use the Internet Archive, so they don't need the key.) - I verify each pulled fresh rows and report what moved (targeting whatever the tables below still show stale).
